What a great little getaway. This place is adorable. Smells wonderful, is very clean and had everything we needed while we were there. Very close to downtown Greenville. Enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard and sitting on the front porch in the morning with coffee. Will be back for sure and tell all of our friends!

Stefania was very helpful with everything we needed. Her place comes with everything you could imagine from food seasonings to toiletries to even dog crates. We asked for local recommendations and she was very quick to respond! Will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Enjoyed our stay, kitchen and outdoor area had great appliances and was completely stocked with everything you could imagine. Had plenty items to purchase if you forgot to bring anything which is very convenient. Place was well maintained and clean. Stefania was fast to respond with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place to stay.
Wish we could have stayed longer and were able to use all the appliances available including snow ball machine and bread machine to name a few.
Thank you, this was a wonderful vacation to spend much needed quality time with our kids who just moved to the area.

We booked this sweet house for a week while we explored the GVL and TR area with an eye on possibly living there.
First of all from the start Stefania was the perfect host; speedy replies to my queries, a helpful and cheery can-do attitude. Even before we opened the door to this adorable and perfectly appointed bungalow, we already felt welcomed.
We loved the fenced in private backyard with firepit and picnic table. My husband loved the disc golf basket in the backyard too!
The home itself was cozy and comfy and clean. My hubby used the dining table to work during the week and it all flowed perfectly for our needs. I was impressed with how buttoned up the forms were including digital welcome booklet with recommendations of what to do in the area.
It was quiet, close to everything and a breeze to get in and out of. We would stay again when visiting the area. Stefania could not have been lovelier as a host!

Super clean, convenient location. Perfect for our family of three and our pup. The host was so responsive and even let us check in a little early. The house was so clean and super cute. 10 mins to get to Greenville or Travelers Rest. Definitely recommend!

This house was the perfect location for a girl's night to reconnect. The house is very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch and looking at the lake while we had a few drinks and talked. The beds were very comfortable and it was a peaceful and quiet get away!

Excellent location for amazing hiking nearby! Our dog loved the relaxing place and so did we. They have truly thought of everything from amenities to comfort. It was a perfect home to have as a base for all excursions the area has to offer!

This is an absolutely top notch place to stay! Our host went beyond to help us to feel welcome, cared for and open to anything we might need. The home is spotless, full of signs that as guests we are cared for completely. The decor is homey and well thought out. We had everything we needed. The beds and furniture are super comfortable. The kitchen is so well stocked and has wonderful extras. There is a wonderful place to sit, barbecue and bake pizzas outside. All directions and instructions were clear and the postings around the house were so helpful. This is a definite stay for us when we are in Greenville. It is located in an area that is easy to get to the places we wanted to go and to be able to ride our bikes. So grateful for Stefanie’s graciousness/

This is my second time staying at Stefania's place. That is a rarity for my wife and I. We usually try different places. Stefania's place was so welcoming that we had to come back. Her place was very clean and had all of the amenities. Easy check in. Easy instructions to follow and very thorough. Bedding was comfortable. EV charging was a breeze. This is a home away from home. I recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a peaceful get-a-away. Thank you Stefania for being a wonderful host!
